Refund Policy

At Black Water Professionals Alliance (BWPA), we are committed to providing exceptional service and programs to support our mission. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Please read the following guidelines for requesting refunds:

1. Donations

  • General Donations: Donations are typically non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error or you need to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction at [email protected] . Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Recurring Donations: You may cancel recurring donations at any time. If a recurring donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days for a potential refund.

2. Event Registrations

  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration for an event, we offer full refunds up to 7 days before the event. After this period, no refunds will be given, but you may transfer your registration to another individual with prior notice.

  • Event Cancellation by Us: If an event is canceled by BWPA, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants within 14 business days.

3. Program Fees

  • Refund Request: Refunds for program fees (workshops, training, etc.) will be available if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the program’s start date. No refunds will be given once the program has started.

  • Program Cancellation: In the event that BWPA cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund within 14 business days.

4. Merchandise

  • Returns: We accept returns of merchandise within 7 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

  • Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

5. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved request. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
